The Dreamers of Dreamville

I don't think there's any artist that gets into the music business and they don't want get recognition for their work like getting nominated for awards such as the Grammys and winning them. Many artists have been in the game for a long time and not once have they won a Grammy let alone being nominated for one and then there's J.Cole and his Dreamville roster.

With the Revenge of The Dreamers III album being nominated for a Grammy that makes everyone person who was involved in the album a Grammy nominated artist,producer and that makes every artist on the Dreamville roster a Grammy nominated artist, that is huge. I didn't know the artists on Dreamville until I heard the album and I must say Cole has an eye for talent, from start to finish that album has some amazing songs and all the Dreamville artists Bas, Ari Lennox, Lute,Cozz,Omen, Earthgang and Cole himself killed all the songs they appeared on and they didn't disappoint. A deluxe addition of the album was dropped recently with songs from the original album with 12 new songs.

The talent on the Dreamville label is one of the best in the industry today, I don't think there has ever been a label owned by an artist that has ever managed to get all their artists to pop in most cases only a few artists will pop, for example if you look at Young Money which is owned by Lil Wayne had a lot of artists also dropped a two compilation albums but only  Drake and Nicki Minaj got major recognition and went on to be successful Tyga who was also signed is debatable.

People in the industry can really learn a lot from the way Cole put all his artists on and helped them to get major recognition and be successful. It's good to see all the dreams of the artists of Dreamville coming true.
